  I know!  Nothing is worse than being told what to eat.  However, the size and fat mass to lean mass ratio in your body depend on food.

   We can workout a plan that suits your lifestyle and fitness goals.  I can't promise that it will be "the greatest tasting food you have ever eaten" but it will suit your palate, and be nutritious. 

   We need you to love your body first, not flavors!!!!

Program Design

  For those who want a great, affordable alternative to using our gym, we offer 12 week program designs.  Specific to your needs but you train outside our gym.  We will also see you at liftfitness for 4 sessions of personal training, so you are doing your program safely and correctly.
